Distance Contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online store, SIA Antspils, Registration No. 40203305382, Account No. LV59HABA0551050459228, Arodu iela 15, Daugavpils, LV-5404, Latvia, [email protected], hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on the one hand, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.
Ordering, Delivery and Payment
The antspils.lv online store operates on a prepayment only basis. After payment of the invoice, the product is manufactured and/or prepared for shipment.
The Buyer places an order through this website by selecting the type and quantity of the goods to be purchased. The Buyer may pay for the goods using the payment methods integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 14 days after receiving payment for the goods, with the delivery time agreed with the Buyer.
Parcel Locker and Courier Service Terms
When the courier delivers the order to the parcel locker, you will receive a notification (SMS/email). After receiving the notification, you must collect your order from the parcel locker within the period specified by the courier service provider. To collect your order, use the code provided in the SMS/email.
If the order is not collected within the specified period and is returned to the Seller, the courier service fee will not be refunded to the Buyer.
The shipment can be collected from the Seller's collection point or resent by individual agreement with the Seller.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods by sending a notice of withdrawal to the Seller. The Seller will send the withdrawal form to the Buyer by email upon request.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice.
All costs related to returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
The refund for the returned goods will be made within 14 days.
Buyer's Obligations When Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
When returning the goods, the Buyer must ensure that they are packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged during transportation. The Buyer must ensure that the goods are securely packed in their original packaging and, if necessary, use additional protective packaging.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in their original packaging.
All accessories and parts supplied with the goods must be returned together with the goods in their original condition.
Cases Where the Buyer Cannot Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
Section 6 of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that:
"The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal."
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer's right of withdrawal or to deduct compensation if:
- the goods have been damaged;
- parts of the product set are missing;
- the goods have been used carelessly or contrary to the instructions for use;
- the original packaging has been lost;
- the original packaging has been significantly damaged.
Data Processing
By providing the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used so that the Seller can process the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
By submitting the information, the Buyer agrees to receive emails related to the processing of their order.
